Ratings and reviews

This app is terrible, it's impossible to meet someone even if you buy a subscription. The algorithm is definitely broken. This travel mode is messing everything up. I am looking in my area to meet locals, instead I am getting catfish from around the world. Also, I am getting likes from people 70 miles away. Why do I set preferences if it doesn't matter. Also, a lot of tourists from different cities here. One day, you swipe on someone in Chicago and if there is a match, those people are not in Ch

Too much is hidden behind unspoken paywalls. If they would tell you up front that you only have three compliments per day or you're only allowed to like one person out of the "for you" page, that knowledge would help you be more selective about who you're liking rather than just trying to keep your options open. The layout of the app itself is fine and straightforward, which I appreciate. I like the ability to leave Compliments which allows you to essentially message the person first.

Used this app 6 years ago and found my child's father. First red flag. Next one is that 6 years later, the app has dramatically declined. It used to be a great app. Now it's a money sucker. It's glitchy, I see more ads than I do men, and it randomly stops working because bumble doesn't like any of the pictures I choose. Not worth the time or effort tbh
