app is definately misleading. it says i have a new match, shows a new message notification on the app, but i scroll down and it's a match from over a year old. happens alot. i also 'match' with people i've already matched with and passed over (i didn't even unmatch them but the app re-matches us again). Search distances are ignored. And they remove the option to swipe on people nearby.

Matches are constantly disappearing into a void or something. Whenever I get a match, it doesn't show up in the inbox. The profile doesn't show up in my likes and I can't message them. This app also constantly ignores my settings and shows me other straight men when i'm a straight man looking for women.

Well, the last update removed the "nearby" filter while swiping. The app already completely ignores your filters, you will never see or be seen by anyone within 100 miles. Been using okc on and off for almost a decade, it's really fallen off. The questions are the only unique selling point, and no one fills out more than a handful. Using this app is just swiping left on the same people every day, regardless of whatever dealbreakers you set. At least messaging is still free, bet that won't last.
