**I have amended this review from one star to five stars because it appears that it was my own error not knowing what to do to find my appointments. I think the app was working fine and I just didn't know how to use it.** I used to like this app but the most recent edition it's impossible for me to find my appointments. I have several upcoming appointments and they've all disappeared.

During my stay at Bumrungrad International Hospital, I received wonderful service from the doctors, nurses, and all staff members. Everyone was kind, professional, and very supportive throughout my treatment. Their care, respect, and attention made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay. I sincerely appreciate the excellent medical service and hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and compassionate care.

Almost as great as the hospital. Bumrungrad's standard of care is outstanding. The app makes it even easier to book and manage appointments, access clinical test results and keep track of medication.
