Ratings and reviews

Pretty difficult to find a place in the exact area you want. Once you choose a location you cannot edit it! It's pretty frustrating and makes not to even bother with using the app. Also I can't even login via Google. Or through plain old email. I have to login through social media which is absolutely ridiculous!! This app is straight garbage and a waste of time! Uninstalling!

App is unusable because it's so buggy. Phone number is rejected with no explanation unless you put a country code, even though there's a US flag next to the box. Once you sign up, DC is the only location that's clickable. Settings page is completely empty so no way to change the location... And no, I'm not going to waste time sending a long detailed email to your tech support about problems that should be caught by the most basic possible testing...

Terrible App and awful Customer Service. When starting, amazing service and great people. Something happened early in the pandemic where they canceled all monthly events, don't get me wrong I understand a pandemic but they could have definitely switched to an online setup. The $150 service fee was no longer giving anything back, later on they decided to reduce the cleaning service to common areas. They tried to steal $150 out of my security deposit due to an issue on the mobile app.
