Most of the time, I have good experiences at my local branch. They are struggling to stay staffed, so I've had evening appointments get canceled with very little notice. This affects my daily food plan and other scheduling. Have also had a couple of bad experiences with one associate, but it was handled professionally. Like to see them open on weekends, but they can't even staff their site Monday-Friday right now. Overall I like the company. They just need help.

They do not allow you to see the closest facility until AFTER they have your phone number. The location they gave me provides a huge inconvenience (over an hour away), and now I get to figure out how to keep them from receiving loads of promotional stuff from them, and who the heck knows what other entities will get access to my phone number.

I just dont understand why there has to be some many variables on what you get paid. I wish I could donate for free but im just not in the position to because it cost money to get to the facility and it does take time. The little we get paid is nothing compared to what someone gets charged via medical bills,ect. I really hope the price doesn't drop the more you give because that would not surprise me. Can it stay at 65.00 every time and not all the games to figure out? So far happy but skeptical
