The app was great initially, but I've had it a couple of years, and now there are features that don't work. I see that they updated it with "bug fixes," but I can't seem to update mine. Every time I log in, it tells me to click a "refresh" button for the updated experience. I've been clicking it for 3 days...

My review is for the app and those who run it. I have had no problem with the professionals inside the donation center. The app is a different story. I had set up 3 different appointments, the software at the donation center didn't have them. You waste my time, you pay for my time. I showed the staff my appointment on my phone and talked to an AI chat which was NO HELP AT ALL. YOU OWE ME $48.

Always a wonderful experience. Everyone is very kind friendly and helpful. The staff are Amazing at what they do. The center is always clean and in order. I look forward to my 2 appointments each week to help someone that is in a not so good situation and to be of Help. 🙏😊🙏
