The app was great initially, but I've had it a couple of years, and now there are features that don't work. I see that they updated it with "bug fixes," but I can't seem to update mine. Every time I log in, it tells me to click a "refresh" button for the updated experience. I've been clicking it for 3 days...

When this place took over from immutek they presented that so much would be better. And it was at the beginning but.....now they're now ,it's giving different. They're taking a higher amount of plasma from us but the payout didn't change. They're getting way more plasma from us than Immunetek was getting but their payments are the same. 1000 ml for $50 !

Everything went well, like most of the times that I have donated, but it seems that they are under staff. Things would move a lot more easily if they had more staff. Even when the staff shows up and on time, they are rushed in their job. Not very good when you are getting poked with a needle.
