Ratings and reviews

App tells me my phone number is wrong. But I can log in through the browser. Numerous emails have been sent to bupa with a screenshot. They tell me my mobile number is wrong. But it isn't. I've been telling bupa for 3 months about this issue. They don't listen. They're not interested.

The application is not working after latest update. Note: you need to contact customer service to update the number even it is the same. There is a system update. Thanks for your support

Poor customer service and very late delivery of OTP numbers, so the call procedures couldn't go through.. It's a waste of time to call the number..
