The installation is annoying when it interferes with YouTube. Even after the update is installed, I still can't get past the update app screen.

We went thru this last night. I don't need this, yet the "Skip" function doesn't work! Why am I not allowed to have control over my phone? I ended up caving last night and installed it, yet here we are again. I want control of the phone I paid for!

This app has destroyed my phone I had 5 pages of all of my applications Perfectly aligned. I cannot remove it from my phone either.I need customer service ASAP!
