ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team.

- All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app.

- This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).

Key Employee Features:

Key Manager Features:
• Approve time cards

• All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers
• All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted
• All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted
• Username and password protected
• Login sessions time out from inactivity
• Accounts locked out with excessive login failures
• Fast and easy login with Biometric Authentication
• Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords

Supported Operating Systems

every once in a while it stops recognizing my finger print then tells me my password is wrong and won't let me set the password (because it was recently used). coworkers have the same issue. also when it times out, sometimes the page doesn't refresh so you think you clocked in or out, but really you didn't, because you were logged out. our old paper clock in system was far more reliable... but people are just getting used to the frequent glitches.

I hate this app with all my heart. The number of times I've been in a hurry to get on the clock and get working only to have to scan my fingerprint multiple times without it doing anything or it just acts like it's loading but it never actually loads, or it crashes once it finally does load, is way too many. I have a Pixel 8, so it's not an old phone issue. Having to fight the app in order to get on the clock is extremely frustrating. The most unreliable app I've ever had to use for clocking in

It keeps forcing password changes every couple of weeks and won't let you reuse passwords. so now every time I try to log in there's a few dozen passwords I have to try and I have to keep resetting it because there's been so many passwords you can't keep it straight without writing it down. defeating the entire purpose of a password.

Hi, if you contact your employer's HR/Payroll department they can reset your mobile account and this should correct the issue. Thank you, ^DS
