Ratings and reviews

I appreciate this app. though, I cannot submit any requests because it immediately crashes when selecting the "type of structure" dropdown box. That selection is required for any requests, making the usefulness of this app moot. Its been this way for years now. might be my phone's compatibility with the code, too. But I just wish there was a web interface so I could just use a desktop to submit online.

We have been reporting a car that has been parked in the same spot for over a month. Nothing is done.

public service ? hah !! more like Burbank city service to minimize their employee reply & work ! just emailing the Mayor !
