This is a worst app to book ticket, after making the payment the ticket is not generated and when we try to contact them there is no response at all from their side and there is no way to get a refund for the amount lost. This app is a total scam

I was charged twice the amount for a one-way trip out of busindia wallet. And booking page online not encrypted at all so how one use credit/debit cards there? I don't want to pursue the matter at all. A serious lapse like this only means there is a fundamental flaw in design. I also see that nobody actually responds to these complaints, which is pathetic and unprofessional. Hell with the app, I am not going to use it! I strongly recommend not to use the app for bookings. It is a substandard app!

Terrific experience...it doesn't update latest bus route and books ticket. I tried to contact customer service for refund, after hours of try they picked up the call and told that the refund will be done within a week. It's been a month and I didn't get my refund yet... Wanted to give 0⭐, but couldn't. Not going to use this app ever again...
