*Updating to 4 stars: great customer service and problem seems to be fixed. Updating to 2 stars for this school year: Since this school year and what looks like an app change/update, the experience has definitely been subpar. I used to get notifications when the bus was about 10 minutes away, now I'm lucky if I get an alert when it's 3 minutes. The bus gets "lost" a lot- meaning it's on the map then gone or stopped in 1 place then all of a sudden it's at our stop. It's been very frustrating.

Great idea, horrible execution. The idea of tracking my child's bus is great for loads of reasons. However, it only alerts and shows the bus location after it leaves the stop just before ours. Which is less than 1/4 mile down the road. Furthermore, there is a delay, so we often saw the bus before the tracker showed it on the way. This makes it completely useless!! What we need is to be able to see how many stops away the bus is, so we know how late or early it is. Or if it has even left yet.

The app doesn't work most of the time. it's useless. It was fine when school first started but now i dont know what happened. doesnt help we also have bus issues as well. it just a fail right now. If it can ever work the way it was intended to then it would be a great tool. until then we have to deal with GPS not tracking along with all the other issues. im hoping this issue can be fixed so we can use the tool as it was expected to be used for.
