got accidentally logged out of the app. reinstalled it and app no longer load routes. This issue was quickly resolved. one of the crew sent me a message regarding my issue with this app and assisted me in resolving this matter in a timely manner. got the app working again right away. thank you for your quick response and action!!

Didn't really do the one thing it was supposed to do: tell me where my bus was and when it would come. It almost never showed my bus, and when it did, the information was blatantly wrong (e.g. at the final stop when it was less than halfway through the route). I quickly uninstalled it as relying on the printed bus schedule was much more accurate.

Upon opening for the first time it doesn't even do what I downloaded for. Track the bus on the route
