I think it's really a wonderful app and concept. The customer service is also phenomenal. I think there is a problem with education and training on the client side -- we have a lot of issues with the app not working as intended, but it's usually because the district transportation staff (drivers, admin staff, etc.) are making an error.

Great idea, horrible execution. The idea of tracking my child's bus is great for loads of reasons. However, it only alerts and shows the bus location after it leaves the stop just before ours. Which is less than 1/4 mile down the road. Furthermore, there is a delay, so we often saw the bus before the tracker showed it on the way. This makes it completely useless!! What we need is to be able to see how many stops away the bus is, so we know how late or early it is. Or if it has even left yet.

When I first started using this app it was great. It only works if the bus has the tracker turned on. Most days it's not. This school season it worked maybe a week. Now it won't even open on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times... nothing. I've sent an email for technical support... nothing. This would be a great app, 1. If it worked and 2. When it is working the school did their part and made sure the trackers are turned on.
