This subscription was accidentally made by my 3-year-old daughter without my knowledge or authorization. I already submitted a refund request through Google Play Store support, but they replied that they were unable to process the refund and advised me to contact you directly.

i need a refund for all of the charges from this app. i didnt even know i was subscribed to this app, my 4 year old grandchild did it without my knowledge and ive been getting charged $90 WEEKLY??? absolutely insane! refund me ASAP
