Not Working - Downloaded, started, got the app no longer supported (go to app store) error message. Maybe it means the phone is no longer supported (S10), I've run into that with another company's service app.

really bad...I see a lot of other people complaining about the issues with the app saying "out of date, go to play store" and there's no update. This has been going on for months and it's clearly a known issue affecting many people.

Another poor attempt at an app by Butterfield. During account creation, my phone suggests a strong password which satisfied all requirements, the app won't accept it. The app needs to "see" that I typed it rather than auto fill from password manager. There you go Butterfield developers, I found your solution. I charge $120/ hour... Where's my money?
