Ratings and reviews

Worthless app. Can't transfer funds with it, can't wire funds with it, can't do anything more than check balances. Can only check balances after receiving a code via email, which often still does not arrive within the allotted time frame, and which still is necessary even if you express preferences to be identified via other means. No point in eating up phone or tablet memory for this.

App feels like it should be from the 90s, super dated, unintuitive, and generally slow. No support for biometrics on android.

Useless. Every new product or website iteration from Butterfield renders everything inoperable. I'm sick of this and will be changing banks shortly, particularly in light of the extortionate increased fees.
