The app is hot garbage. I could not even log in until it was removed then reinstalled. I tried to bring up previous orders but it didn't work. I finally gave up and tried to start a new order. After making all the necessary selections, the add to cart button would not work. The app doesn't even remember your preferred location, so you have to be careful you are ordering from the correct location...if you can even place an order.

I've used this app successfully many times, but today's experience was frustrating enough for a 1-star rating. I selected the Friant location for my order, but the confirmation gave me the Clovis address for the pick-up location. My husband drove there instead to pick it up just for them to say they didn't have any online orders. He called the Friant location, and sure enough they had it. So there was some sort of glitch I suppose, but it was a major error that severely wasted our time.

You're limited to order food on the app. I used it three times and on the third time my order went to the other restaurant. I went to Herndon and Palm to retrieve my food and they said they can cancel the order from the other restaurant and resubmitted to this location. I waited and waited finally I went up to the window and they said they never got it. But that they will refund my money. 2 months later I still haven't received my money
