In my experience, there is one pop-up ad when you first open the app, and within the articles themselves, there are ads scattered between paragraph making the reading experience slightly disruptive. The issue to me however, is how I'm paying for a newspaper service that crashes when I want to read the paper. After scrolling for some time, it crashes and I have to scroll to that article again. TL;DR: 1. Lots of ads but tolerable 2. App crashes often and is inconvenient

Using SPH issued tablet (samsung galaxy tab A, SM-T510) with latest app update, using reading downloaded "Print" version with internet connected. 1) keeps showing Error msg: "Something went wrong during the download. Please try again later". Actually the "print version" of paper is downloaded successfully. 2) app keeps crashing. Either Screen freeze, or blank page, or not loading content Please address these issues. Thank you.

Laggy. Please rewire the app such that links to articles with the ST address allow the users the option to access through the mobile app (where we're already logged in), instead of only automatically opening through the browser, which forces the user to sign in. Edit 25 Aug 2025: I thank the team for the earlier response. Updating my review to add that there's a frustrating bug where clicking on an article title brings you to a different article entirely.
