This is a very convenient app that is free to read news, especially for Singaporeans. I really like the news inside and there is also a point system motivating me to read every day. However, is it possible to add a "comment" section or "suggest" section for readers to give feedback? As I see some news have typo errors

Hi, Recently found that this app did not work properly. It take 5 minutes to load a daily Enews paper. And the app closed by itself during reading. Always hanging means cannot go to next page. At first I tough that it a device problem. But after trying 5 different devices it all happens the same problem. Please kindly provide me solution.

I am zaobao reader for many years and have subscribed for very long time. I used to be able access the app but recently can only access using desktop site but not via app, troubled me for a months and the technical support are not able to solve the issue. When I tried to login the app it will keep returning to login page. I have email the support and followed all instructions given and yet the issue remain.
