Bought an item on 28 May and raised a return on 15 June (regular price item well within their 30-day window). They completely ghosted me after 17 June, hiding behind "passing it to other teams." Because of their 4+ days of absolute silence, I am now at risk of missing the return deadline to overseas. I even offered to pay for the shipping and Buy & Ship Plus fees myself just to speed it up, but they still refuse to move. Unprofessional, incredibly slow, and zero sense of urgency.

I have used their services multiple times and it's been a pleasant experience all round. Seamless, trustworthy and efficient. It's really easy to navigate— for example, I send them a mercari japan link, make payment & they handle the purchasing process. I'm able to have my items consolidated and shop with a peace of mind. However, the drawback is that customer service can be extremely slow.
