Bought an item on 28 May and raised a return on 15 June (regular price item well within their 30-day window). They completely ghosted me after 17 June, hiding behind "passing it to other teams." Because of their 4+ days of absolute silence, I am now at risk of missing the return deadline to overseas. I even offered to pay for the shipping and Buy & Ship Plus fees myself just to speed it up, but they still refuse to move. Unprofessional, incredibly slow, and zero sense of urgency.

Really like B&S. The app is useful too but you gotta get your IT people to sort out payment with credit cards that send out OTP (one time password). It will end up showing as not paid. Seems that your system will only approve when using cards that have no OTP required.

Honestly, it's getting worst. The fees getting too pricier now. Using UPS for Delivery Duty Unpaid is the worst choice because everyone knows that UPS is a scam. Just to let you know, ups literally charged the parcel even if the total price is less than RM 500 + their silly distribution fees. They don't care, and you using ups is not helping the consumers/buyers. You can literally send it like ems through poslaju, but you choose ups. I even recommended this app to my friend, but now I regret it.
