We have paid the value of invoice and waiting for pick-up notification from Troostwijk, but we found it in spam after days. Not even a call, it was not possible to have the pick-up on time. I tried several times by email for a decent resolution. It's impossible to comunicate with them. We only requested more transparency in regards of the pick-up time, and at least a week between the announcement and the pick-up date, because of the long distance we have to do. We start the trial.

OK but I am missing the bid history on a lot in the app (in the website you can see the history, who bid, and any automated bids)
