I gave 1 star for the support team which was nice and reactive. The rest of the app is deeply dysfunctional. It took almost a week to finish the account registration. No the sign in button does not react. Big disappointment.

We have paid the value of invoice and waiting for pick-up notification from Troostwijk, but we found it in spam after days. Not even a call, it was not possible to have the pick-up on time. I tried several times by email for a decent resolution. It's impossible to comunicate with them. We only requested more transparency in regards of the pick-up time, and at least a week between the announcement and the pick-up date, because of the long distance we have to do. We start the trial.
