We have paid the value of invoice and waiting for pick-up notification from Troostwijk, but we found it in spam after days. Not even a call, it was not possible to have the pick-up on time. I tried several times by email for a decent resolution. It's impossible to comunicate with them. We only requested more transparency in regards of the pick-up time, and at least a week between the announcement and the pick-up date, because of the long distance we have to do. We start the trial.

Gave five stars in early stages, but bringing it to one star after using it. It's quite misleading, you buy a product all inclusive (taxes, auctions fees, etc) they ask you to check prior to agreeing which you do with the trust that's the final amount as agreed still you end up with a very bad surprise a bill with no link to the price and costs you agreed on. Not sure if the practice is even legal. Will not recommend

Update: The below issue has indeed been resolved. Email address I used to register on the website has 'invalid charachters' according to the app. So I cannot login. Another example of developers not knowing how to validate an email address. A plus sign should be an accepted character.
