Hosted Services has a new app designed with you in mind. The Hosted Services portal app puts control in your hands through enhanced management and service configuration options. Utilize your Hosted Services including voice, video, and instant messaging. Features available from the Mobile App are:

• Integrated Softphone

If this app will be an important part of your VoIP phone system, DO NOT buy this Windstream product, either directly or through a reseller. Worst enterprise solution I have ever seen. I've reported the issue with the 2.0 version since August of 2021 with no response except an occasional request for a debug log. The soft phone continuously disconnects itself if the app is not the primary focus. I wish I could give less than one star.

Disconnect calls constantly. Don't waste your time. You'll have a better chance using two rocks and a string to contact your customers. As of 12APR22 it's doing ok

Nothing but problems for myself and many customers. Broadview now Windstream need to hire new developers. So many bugs....do not use if you don't have to.
