I like the app very much. It offers alot of tokens. There are constant improvents, which tells me that there is an active, dedicated team involved here. I do think that the perp fees are high; when I make a certain amount on my p/l, it always is less when shown on my available balance, even with fees accounted for. Hopefully, this will be corrected. Thank you for the opportunity to use this product.

Makes you KYC despite saying they won't require it. Fees are ridiculous if trading margin, I've lost hundreds of dollars in fees. Coupons and bonuses expire and have very specific rules to the point where I won't even bother trying even if it's $100+ worth of bonus. For some reason there is a position limit size to how much you can margin trade. You can go beyond it by opening more positions but then you pay even more fees. Support appears to be run by one person named Maya (doubt it's true).

Giving it 5 stars because its one of the only exchanges that US customers can use to leverage trade XRP up to 150x, without needing a VPN. They need some skilled people working on the UI team, chart tools never remember my settings. Do not withdraw fiat to your bank, as of 7/1/26, it charges you 1.5%+$30 if you try to withdraw $ USD to your bank. Only worth withdrawing if your moving like $50k.. Kraken, had no fees at all, ACH transfer took one day, and they have an option for instant pay.
