Ratings and reviews

Unreliable 20% of the time so far. It shows the bus stalled in the same spot for long periods of time, despite refreshing it. Sometimes there are no notifications at all for the bus arriving or departing school. Very frustrating to try to rely on while the bus drivers are still adjusting to their new routes and not on schedule.

Basic features barely work. Searching for a route? I search for bus '45' and it lists everything with '45' so the list is long. No big deal except you can't scroll to see the full set of options and no, '45' doesn't appear first (845 does). Come on. This is basic functionality. Logins are random. Account stopped working so had to delete account and re-add, which again, should be straight forward if basic functionality worked correctly. A big pain to do anything.

This app has a lot of potential but it lacks reliability and consistency. Sometimes it continuously updates positioning and sometimes it doesn't. Used to give notifications but they stopped after an update. When it updates you dont get a heads up and it kicks you out....so you can't rely on notifications when they do work. The alert area is too small - when the app sees the bus in my alert area, its already past my house. And it doesn't work on half days when it would be the most helpful...
