Basic features barely work. Searching for a route? I search for bus '45' and it lists everything with '45' so the list is long. No big deal except you can't scroll to see the full set of options and no, '45' doesn't appear first (845 does). Come on. This is basic functionality. Logins are random. Account stopped working so had to delete account and re-add, which again, should be straight forward if basic functionality worked correctly. A big pain to do anything.

This app has a lot of potential but it lacks reliability and consistency. Sometimes it continuously updates positioning and sometimes it doesn't. Used to give notifications but they stopped after an update. When it updates you dont get a heads up and it kicks you out....so you can't rely on notifications when they do work. The alert area is too small - when the app sees the bus in my alert area, its already past my house. And it doesn't work on half days when it would be the most helpful...

Update: having issues with a sudden bus time change and now the app stops working. I can't even track the bus now. This system doesnt work. The cards are not reading each time. When they do read the system isnt sending any messages to the app. Last yr the cards worked to send a message they were on or off the bus. Map tracking the bus has never worked. This yr nothing works. $3 for each zonar badges for 3 kids is bs when the system doesnt work at all. Do not depend on this app. It is worthless.

References to the word ‘bus’ replaced with the word ‘route’ to better indicate that parents are picking routes and not the actual buses assigned to routes.
Option to sign-up for SMS ridership notifications is removed as this feature is no longer supported.
