Definitely has a lot of problems but could be worse. Misses check-ins frequently and have issues loading the card pretty regularly. Don't know if this is solely an Android problem or not but definitely frustrating having to constantly reinstall to get your card barcode to check-in, which it probably won't even register. They can always check you in by phone number at the desk but you have to count on someone being available to help you.

Constantly forced to uninstall and re-install the app due to server communication errors. This isn't just me - when I went to pull my barcode up in the app and got yet another failure, the rep at the counter indicated that "it happens all the time" and to "uninstall and re-install" the app. Must happen a lot. Why, with something as trivial as a barcode, would you not persist the account number on the device? Why on earth should I have to hit your backend service to pull up a unique identifier?

The app is super glitchy! My card takes forever to load or doesn't load at all. Classes often won't show at all to sign up for or just view the schedule. The app does not have an accurate tracking of my checkins. So if I actually cared about earning points, I would not have an accurate representation. Billing doesn't show invoices, just upcoming charges. Which is annoying for gym reimbursement programs. Gym experience other than the app has been good.
