Ratings and reviews

The app keeps logging me out of the newly added cougar club portion. Each time I open the app I have to enter my account number and email and wait for a code from my email. obviously this is annoying. I looked for a way to report a bug and couldn't find it anywhere, so I am reviewing here. This upcoming football season is going to be frustrating if I have to do that process every time I have to open the app.

I love BYU. I hate this app. It's really bad. Why not just keep the old one? The new app doesn't work well: it is a total pain to log into the Cougar Club and after you do it keeps logging you out, and it wants your membership number... but I can't remember it so I've had to put the membership number in a note keeping app so I can look it up each time. Seriously frustrating.

This app is awesome, but the main reason I use it is to hear BYU Football games thru the radio feature. It constantly stops. It will only play for a few minutes, then I have to restart the app. Please fix!!!! I have super fast Internet and new devices too, so something else is wrong.. I discovered I can listen to the radio thru Chrome. Not a single problem.
