Even only having used the app briefly, at the time of this review. I believe it is a great tool for those pursuing and seeking God, and choose to honor Him by 'humbling our soul' through fasting. I've found the app easy to use, and compared to other apps which aim at dietary fasting, this one teaches the biblical principle, as you engage with the practice, helping boost your relationship and spiritual life in Christ! I'd recommend any to try it.

This app is everything that I've been looking for! I am doing it for spiritual growth & prayer so if that's your reason behind fasting this is definitely the app for you. even if you're intermit fasting and you're a Christian and or not & like to learn more. Most of the features are free. plus you get access to other people who are also doing the same thing. you can read their testimonies and be encouraged How God loves all of us so much! it's truly beautiful. I'm 100% recommended, it's AD FREE!

I was impressed by what it offered and decided to pay for the lifetime access. I believe in paying for apps that I truly find useful. So far tho, the reminders aren't working to notify me, and I am getting an error messages. I am hoping the developer can help me and I will raise to 5 stars once the issues are resolved. Remember, this is not an intermittent fasting or dieting app. It is full of good ideas, just need to fix a couple things.
