FPL Fácil is an independent app. It is not affiliated with AFAC, SENEAM, or any other government entity, and does not provide any government services. It is a Pilot Hub tool designed to simplify the completion of a public form.
Fill out the Mexico flight plan form on your phone in minutes and print it out. Say goodbye to illegible handwriting and retyping the same route. FPL Fácil is designed for students, instructors, and private (PPA) and commercial (PCA) pilots flying in Mexico.

HOW IT WORKS
You enter your flight data into a form that follows the flight plan format, box by box (flight rules, wake turbulence, equipment, and capabilities). The app draws your plan on the image of the form and delivers it ready to print or save as a PDF. The app doesn't submit or process your flight plan with any authority; you do that yourself through the channels it indicates.
IT TELLS YOU WHAT TO CROSS OUT
The flight plan indicates what you're NOT carrying on board, not what you ARE. You enter your equipment in positive format, and the sheet is crossed out as it should be. If you cross out a piece of equipment, its dependents are crossed out automatically.
LOCAL TIME TO ZULU CONVERSION
You enter your departure time in local time, and the app converts it to Zulu, using Mexico's time zones.
WORKS OFFLINE
Once installed, you can fill out and print your plans even without a signal or Wi-Fi on the platform. Only the METAR and TAF require a connection, as they are accessed live.
