I hate that you cannot move the trolley anymore. You will have to spend majority of your 2-min Service timer moving back and forth especially on bigger planes, ONE ITEM AT A TIME! It's a waste to buy all those products because the you cannot service your passengers. Also, placing the cursor on the items to highlight it green is annoying. The immersion is definitely ruined. I regret paying for this game

when I opened it, my phone become laggy and hang. I couldn't control my phone, I need to keep pressing the power off so that I could exit this game. My phone keep crashing, I have installed this many times but it's still not working so I have to uninstalled it again. I have enough storage and I know it's not my phone's fault. "Cabin Crew Simulator isn't responding," keeps popping up on my screen. I'm looking forward on playing this game but now I'm disappointed.

It's so hard to pick up items to give to passengers and also if you pick up the wrong item you can't even put it back your just stuck with it (until I realized I can just give to passenger). I have to quit out of game when it says I have to 'put the fire out' when there's no fire!! lol so I'm just stuck walking around lol
