My first time playing was yesterday. I bought the package for 2 crew members and no ads for $9.99. I opened the app to play today but I dont have my crew members AND I now have ads. The other issue I have is that there is no way to contact anyone for in game help. I wasnt able to save my game AND had to start over. I'm upset about the progress I made being completly lost. There needs to be a way to save in game progress as well. This is exasperating to say the least. Devs please fix it!

I hate that you cannot move the trolley anymore. You will have to spend majority of your 2-min Service timer moving back and forth especially on bigger planes, ONE ITEM AT A TIME! It's a waste to buy all those products because the you cannot service your passengers. Also, placing the cursor on the items to highlight it green is annoying. The immersion is definitely ruined. I regret paying for this game

it's a bit better than before but you can't move the server trolley anymore with you down the aisle all you do is go back and forth and only one item at a time very bad idea to not let us move it especially when it's a big plane and a passenger is all the way in the back. Please fix that.
