I completed a job on 08/02/2026. I am still waiting to be paid. They advertise being paid in 24hrs. It's been well over a week and now each number I call is telling me the numbers are no longer in service. I spoke to someone briefly on 08/09/2026 and was told I'll be put at the top of the payout list only for 3 more days to pass with no payout. The company was good as long as you don't do a big job. Seems they don't want to payout unless it's a small amount

Very poor interface, fails to send access code for login (seems to have been fixed now after 30 attempts and 2 emails to Caddy Support); fails to access microphone, so I can't complete application process; no user manual available for app; impossible to get a response from the "support" email address.

Easy to use. Effective and quick. Menu options and login are easy to use and apply. No difficulty in any endeavor: payment, gig security, and communication with the support team is flawless. no confusion, across the board
