Booking Board helps solo salon owners manage appointments taken by phone or in person.

Keep the details while finding another time
Search up to 28 calendar days for early available options that fit the service, preparation and cleanup. Filter by morning, afternoon or evening. Keep customer and service details when choosing a new time or moving an appointment.

Agree the next visit and protect breaks
From a previous visit, choose a date 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 weeks later, then review and save one next appointment. Block breaks and unavailable time separately from customer appointments. These blocks prevent overlaps, are included in exports and backups, and do not send reminders.

Find room for the whole visit
Use day and week views to review appointments and available time. Save service templates with a duration, preparation time and cleanup time. Set working days, opening hours and dates when you are closed. Available start times account for the time needed around a service.

Keep booking details together
Record the client, service and notes. Search previous appointments by client, service, notes or date. Use a past appointment to start the next booking, then choose and check the new date and time. Private notes are not copied into the next booking. Change, cancel or complete appointments while keeping their status visible. Preview appointment confirmation text before copying or sharing it; private notes are excluded.

Check before saving
Booking Board checks appointments for overlaps, including preparation and cleanup. Weekly repeats are checked together before saving. For a linked series, choose whether a change applies to this appointment or following booked appointments.

Reminders on your device
Optional reminders are intended for you, about 15 minutes before preparation begins. Android may delay them. You can keep managing appointments without notification permission. Customers do not receive automatic messages.

Export and keep a copy
Review CSV or calendar files before saving or sharing them. CSV includes all appointment statuses; calendar files exclude cancellations and contain the service time without preparation or cleanup. Calendar export is a file, not ongoing synchronization, and cannot remove events you imported earlier. Dates and times use local wall-clock values.

Export a project before changing phones and import it on the new phone to restore your appointments, services and availability. Copies saved inside the app remain on that device. Exported files contain customer information; choose their destination carefully.

Your records are stored on your device. No account, advertising or subscription is included. Online booking, payments, automatic customer messaging and cloud synchronization are not provided.
