Housekin – Shared Chores

About this app

A little help. A lighter home. Housekin brings everyday chores into one shared place for couples, families and people living together.

MAKE TODAY CLEAR
See your own chores or everyone's list, with rooms, due dates and estimated minutes. Complete a chore with one tap, undo a mistake, or move it to tomorrow. Start with everyday ideas or create your own.

FIND YOUR HOUSEHOLD'S RHYTHM
Choose daily, weekly, flexible or one-time chores. Add notes, assign someone, leave a chore open to anyone, or rotate selected people. Record who helped and review the last seven days of contributions. Estimated minutes and personal capacity help you discuss a balance that fits your home.

INVITE PEOPLE TO HELP
One upfront Android purchase. Invited household members join free in a browser on iPhone, Android, tablet or computer. The browser companion is for invited members; it cannot create a home and needs a connection to save changes. Additional Android app purchases follow Google Play's terms. No ads or subscription.

START LOCAL, SHARE WHEN READY
Create a home on your Android device without an email address or password. Sharing is optional. When you enable it or join a home, household names, chores and completion history are stored in our cloud service in Tokyo, Japan, and visible to authorized members. Android saves offline changes for later synchronization. Other devices update after syncing.

A QUIETER ROUTINE
Choose one optional daily reminder, pause reminders while away, and export or import your own JSON backups. Notification delivery can be delayed by Android battery settings. The owner can revoke device access, delete the shared home, and save a separate recovery key for a replacement phone. Members can leave.

A home supports 12 profiles, 200 active and archived chores combined, and 2,000 completion events. Events older than 365 days may be compacted when needed. Deleted server data may remain in backups for up to seven days.

Available in English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Korean and Traditional Chinese.
