About this app

Caliyo is your smart calendar assistant.

CHAT WITH AN AI ASSISTANT
Ask Caliyo in plain language. "What's on my calendar tomorrow?" "Find me 30 minutes for a coffee with Maya next week." "Move my 2pm to Friday." The assistant streams its reasoning as it works, so you see what it's about to do before it commits to your calendar.

SHARE ONE LINK TO BE BOOKED
Generate a permanent QR-code "bridge" — anyone can scan it and book straight onto your calendar, without creating an account. Need a one-off invite? Create a single-use bridge that burns after the first booking. You stay in control of which calendars are visible and when you're available.

CONNECT YOUR REAL CALENDARS
Sign in with Google or Microsoft to bring your existing calendars into one view. Caliyo reads events you allow and writes new ones back. Switch between Day, 3-Day, and Month views with a tap.

SMART MORNING BRIEFING
Open the briefing card each morning to see your meetings, focus blocks, and conflicts at a glance.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• Biometric unlock on app resume
• Calendar data never sold or shared with advertisers
• Encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+)
• One-tap account deletion with a 7-day grace window

What’s new

- The full calendar is now free: see all your calendars in one place and create, edit and move events.
