I've been using and recommending Starpage to everyone for years vs. all major search engines. So it's natural for me to upgrade my internet tools to their solid mobile web browser. They're one of very few software devs I trust. Snappy mobile surfing experience with the option to "zap" your session when you're done. Could not be happier 💫

A pretty good search engine, takes a little getting used to but fine. What's not fine is StartPage being touted as an escape from ai only to roll out gen ai features. I understand it's optional but it's absolutely disgusting to pull a bait-n-switch. Probably switching to Ecosia or something if ai is gonna be forced down our throats cause at least they plant trees.

It is a browser that respects you as a person. Lightweight, robust online protection built-in, & does not collect your data (nor allow other third-parties to do so). Even has a handy button to instantly delete all cached data in the browser when needed (passwords, history, cookies, etc) with exclusions. Solid experience, would recommend!
