Talori is a food diary from a photo of your plate.
Photograph a meal or pick an image from the gallery. The picture is sent to Talori servers. You then see an estimated dish name, portion weight, calories, protein, fat, carbs, and ingredients. These figures are estimates, not a lab measurement and not a kitchen scale reading.
The Day tab shows what you already logged, calories remaining today, and protein, fat, and carbs. You can browse the week and open past plates.
In the profile you can set a personal goal (lose, maintain, or gain), sex, height, current and target weight, and a daily calorie target. The Weight tab stores weight entries and a chart towards the target you chose. The app does not promise weight loss and does not control the outcome.
Start without an email or password. App languages: English, Russian, and Ukrainian. Camera access is used only to photograph food; you can use the gallery instead.
Talori is a nutrition tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace a doctor or dietitian. Photo analysis can be wrong. Do not make health decisions from these numbers alone.
Photo analyzes have a daily limit. You can delete plate history in the app.
Talori does not scan barcodes, suggest recipes, track workouts, or connect to Health Connect.
