Software development is some of the worst I've seen for a published app. Form to add a family member doesn't work, enter a value into a field and the page's Save/Add button disappears. Pharmacy search doesn't display names of places, only address and phone number. Header text for each page blends into the background, making it unreadable. Consent form pages show an empty screen, with a Consent button at the bottom.. consent to what?? Care centers REQUIRE app usage.. how can this app be so bad?

It shows all appt. slots whether available or not. You select a slot and click a button, and it says error, all appointments for slot are booked. I repeated this for every half hour time slot for the whole day, a complete waste of time. I went to next day and picked a random slot to check availability thinking there would be an option to confirm. Nope, it just booked it. There's no option to cancel it. The homepage shows the appt., but clicking appt. from dashboard says there are none. Awful!

Would rate a zero if possible. After setting up the account, I was not able to log in. It just said "invalid user name and password". When I hit the "forgot password" button, the password in the email is blank. Nice to know that if I need medical care I cannot get in to set up an appointment. Absolutely terrible app.
