When I change my device I shouldn't have to pay to bring my content forward. Pay for multi device... I'm good with but trapping people.... Not cool. App will be deleted as there are many other app's that do the same thing and I don't have to pay to get MY information back! I encourage everyone to do the same. Hold KEEPER accountable!
This app is useless. So is their "customer service." The email and chat agents were perfectly indifferent to my issue. I had to drag information out of both of them. I canceled my subscription today, which was the day I signed up and I will be using a different password manager application going forward. Don't use this one.
It does not work properly on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 7.0). It crashes all the time. I have reported the issue to keeper support but the unique solution they give me is "uninstall, reboot and install". Seriously? It's a bug, it's not a problem with setup or cache.
Dishonest company. FREE APP....right. Until they decide they don't like free anymore and hit you with a $30 annual fee. HEY KEEPER....news flash: people don't like being LIED to and misled....we got enough of that from our previous president and certainly don't need it from you!!! Took me 2 hours to hand copy all my contacts/passwords, so take your app and stick it, how's it go?...where the sun don't shine!!!! Uninstalling your rip-off app now. Bye!!!!!
The basic version is easy to use. I upgraded to the paid version for additional features. Then I was having problems with the pop up renewal screen for the paid version popping up at inconvenient times. I wrote a review on it, downgrading 1 star. Eventually, someone fixed the problem. It took me awhile to notice the problem was fixed. I apologize. I am now updating this back to 5 stars. This is a vital app for me. I love it. Thank you developers, whatever your names are. I used to be a software developer myself before retiring. I know it can be a thankless job...id est, users/customers take you for granted most of the time.
I have to alter my last year's review from positive to negative. Subscription fee raised from 9.99 to 29.99 USD?!? And other users are stating 18 or 19 USD? what's that, what kind of transparency? Looks more like ransome, increasing price 3x ... Looks like changing the app is the best solution.
