Works "OK", but can't get it to remote unlock (only works when I'm at home, not remotely)! I can't get a hold of Customer service, no phone numbers, no real contact information to speak with someone about it. Surprisingly, fingerprint does work, but only occasionally (smh), and for some reason my lock just "beeps" as though the buttons are being pressed (when they're not)...even after I cleaned them off, it still continues to "beep"!! It was annoying at first, but I learned to live with it!

Freaking terrible..got a Zowill DK06 gifted to me. It was paired. I had to delete acct and info to pair to my wifi and Bluetooth. It won't pair. It says lock is not supported now. Customer service is offline. The phone number don't work. I can't reset the lock. It won't work. I even have a gateway hooked up to my wifi, but it's pointless bc it cannot li k to lock, due to not being paired. I can't get any answers anywhere. The app is horrible Everything about the app, and lock is garbage!!!

Works great for me. The interface is simple and clean. Easy to understand and works without error. When I first got my lock, the app was slow with records and notifications. However, as the dev keeps mentioning to other reviewers, this all changed once I added a gateway (I purchased a Gateway 2). I now receive notifications in real time, and it's integrated with my Google Home. If you feel this app is lacking, do yourself a favor and get a gateway.
