App has a lot of potential but key features don’t work as promissed or are unreliable which makes the app useless. Push notifications (when the doorr gets unlocked) don’t work. I tried reinstalling the app, deleting the cashe etc. but had no luck. A lot of other users appear to have the same issue. Some door unlock events are not recorded in the ”records”. Works most of the time but not always. Not sure if this is an issue with the lock or the app. No Home Assistant support.

For some odd reason, after charging the lock, I have lost the ability to open the lock through the finger print reader. This lick has been working fine for the past 8 months. Why after simply charging the batterie(s) is it not reading the finger prints that have been working in the past. I'm running the update now, so I'm hoping that that will solve this program and make me have to reset everything.

Programming OK but records are horrible. All records of door access ended 8/13/22 for all my locks. App is updated and no issue connecting to locks but no entries are being recorded. Luckily it's just me and a few friends that have access but when I begin to add more users having that insight is imperative and right now the app just isn't getting the job done. Love my Linnea locks and their support is top notch. App leaves much to be desired.
