CallStop is a spam call blocker that stops telemarketers, robocalls and scam calls by number range, not one number at a time.

Call centres ring from blocks of lines that differ only in the last digits. Block one number and the next one calls tomorrow. With CallStop one rule blocks the whole series: type (212) 555-01## and all 100 numbers of that range are blocked. Each # stands for any digit.

BLOCK CALLS YOUR WAY
Nothing is blocked until you switch it on:
- Number ranges and prefixes you add, such as an area code with its first three digits
- Single numbers
- Quick blocks for your country (see below)
- Unknown callers: hidden and private numbers, foreign numbers, or every number not in your contacts
- Calls whose caller ID the carrier could not verify (spoofed numbers)
Your contacts always ring. Numbers on your allow list (whitelist) always ring. Emergency and short service numbers are never blocked.

QUICK BLOCKS BY COUNTRY
- United States and Canada: toll-free numbers (800, 833, 844, 855, 866, 877, 888) and neighbor spoofing, the calls that copy the start of your own number
- United Kingdom: 0843, 0844, 0845 and 0870 sales and service lines
- France: the 01 62 ... 09 49 ranges ARCEP sets aside for telemarketing
- Spain: 400 numbers, which commercial calls must use
- India: 140 numbers for promotional calls; bank alerts on 1600 keep ringing
- Turkey: 0850, 0888 and 444 lines
Anywhere else, number ranges and prefixes work the same way. Numbers are typed and shown in your own country's format, wherever you live.

NEVER MISS THE CALL YOU NEED
Banks, couriers and delivery apps also call from these lines, so quick blocks only silence calls: they show as missed, and a quiet notification with an "Always ring" button lets that number through with one tap. Waiting for a call from a number you don't have? Pause call blocking for 30 minutes, 1 hour or 3 hours; it switches back on by itself.

Today's blocked calls, the last seven days, and which rule stopped how many. When several numbers from the same range call you, CallStop shows the series. Tap any call to block the number or its whole range, or to always allow it. Type any number under Rules to see at once whether it would ring.
