About this app

Calm Now is here to help you train your mind and control your thoughts.

When you are feeling anxious just scrolling through something or doing something to relax often does not work. Calm Now is different because it helps you take control of your mind with exercises that you have to focus on. These exercises are based on methods like the Vittoz Method and NLP which have been proven to work. You can track how you are doing and build a mind one step at a time.

You can also use Calm Now in Portuguese, which is called Calma Agora. You can switch between languages anytime you want to in the app.
