Ratings and reviews

Used to be of some value, but has been complicated by acquisitions. Account management/cancellation requires multiple steps thru Roadtrippers & Roadpass, neither of which are of any interest to me. Finally figured out how to cancel, but even so, I can't delete my credit card on file. Trust level is low. Not recommended.

When the app was still up and going it was great. We got the subscription for it because we thought it would be very helpful to us in our situation. Now the app doesn't work anymore and you have to use the website. I have stayed in several campsites that we're previously listed on their app and now that it has changed I cannot find even half of the sites I had favorites and that we have used. I contacted the company because the website is no longer useful to me and they refused to refund me.

was finally forced to update the app. it now sucks. I'll be using the dyrt from now on until they switch it back. used to able to filter by price and it showed over night parking. now you have to create an account and pay.
