Sept 2025 update: Buggy behavior in the manuscript editor is constant in spite of frequent updates. The latest issue: the editor bar is missing (with formatting controls) and the editor scrolls the cursor to the top of the screen out of view. I do love being able to work on my writing on mobile—when it works. I really wish it could be more reliable.

Love it! I've been using it for years now. It's not without flaws, but there are frequent updates and it's easy to reach out to support, they're very friendly and helpful. It's just a bit laggy on mobile when you edit text, and custom zoom options would be nice on PC. Other than those little things, great app! It's worth buying everything for on PC and has customizable plans so you only buy what you actually need and will use. The reviews are too salty about such minor things.

I have been a Campfire user for years and was an original adopter of the mobile app. It's had a lot of issues in the past, most notably lagging, but I stuck it out because it's such a great program. With recent updates, they've fixed all the problems I've had, and it's now faster to load than finding and loading my Google docs. Absolutely phenomenal. I do most of my writing in bank lines and doctors offices, so Campfire's multi-platform program is a definite must have!
