Update: This app still deserves no more than 1 star. I shouldn't have to allow notifications to avoid a pop-up every time I want to use the homepage of the app. Also, the pop-up check-in numbers still are not correct for in-person workouts. The company is months into this revised app and there are still many issues. It would be nice if the android app matched the apple app...this upgrade has taken FOREVER!

Can't update my check ins. There is a box in the middle asking me to accept new terms and conditions after re commit. I click and it just sits....I've Uninstalled and reinstalled. I went to website on computer. Talked to a customer service representative and she mentioned they are having issues with android phones for last couple of weeks. This is unacceptable....she told me to keep trying. Website is not at all friendly. Frustrating.

Bugs in the beginning are to be expected. I had issues, mostly due to location. Afterward, every single update or new idea created issues with use. The workouts are great. The trainers who are still around and some of the new are great. I do not like the little to no heads up we're changing and your stuck with it. The inconsistencies in support and knowledge with programs and what is happening is unreal and unprofessional. Many issues with the app and having to use website for full access .
