I downloaded the app but when it sends me a verification code to my email I don't receive it, so therefore I cannot even open the app to give any kind of review. I guess I have to uninstall it. Oh by the way I did try uninstalling it and reinstalled it, but still I don't get the email for the verification code...🤨

Most people reviewing this app says its good but I can't even log in because it says that I would get a code after my email got a message, But I didn't get it, So can you fix this app, Canva? Also what does it do? Maybe I should have checked the description

I am extremely disappointed with the registration process on Canva. I have been trying to create an account for the past 2 days, but the OTP is not being delivered to my email. I have tried multiple times, checked my network, and even retried with different attempts, but still no OTP received.
