App is low quality. It lags and is just not esthetically pleasing to the eye. I used to have regence BCBS and their app was great. It was modern. Simple and easy to use without the lag and it had biometric login! They need to add biometrics login because having to put in a password every time is ridiculous. Also the app is just not simple enough. People like simplicity. They like to be able to have the app tell them right in front of their face their benefits and how much their at in OOP $$

Well, hard to give this a good rating one of the most important features -actually being able to locate an in network provider - doesn't function. Care Finder just loop loads until it crashes.
