Left waiting for two hours and then they cancelled my order. They don't inform you if there is an issue with payment, they just make you wait two gours and then cancel your order, it's ridiculous.

Impossible to create an account. Tried to send OTP to my email and phone number serveral times. None works. Please fix

The app suffers from numorous technical challenges, lagging and stuttering is common, buttons are sometimes unresponsive. Changing the date of the order, canceling, etc has to be done by customer service which is extremely slow and annoying. GPS is unreliable. There are many good restaurants/ hidden gems, and your orders are delivered, however it doesn't outweight the heavy cons. Ultimately, it does what it is designed to do, but the steps to take there is extremely tedious.
