This app is just really janky and slow. The UI often freezes for a few seconds after making a selection. Overall it's clear why most people will prefer the Grab app instead, because it's built by professionals. Vietnam is still lagging behind the rest of the world in terms of IT talent.

I am generally satisfied. However, I would like improvements regarding occasional app unavailability and delays in receiving the password when making payments with a debit card, which can result in longer order processing times.
