The latest app version that just came to my phone on Nov 11 has completely broken the app. I am no longer able to get into the account to see my card, view my checked out books, anything. I click on the accounts option, and I see a list of the cards added to my app(myself and my kids), and I select one of the cards, and it highlights it, but there is nothing to actually go into the card, no button to progress, nothing. This app just lost the majority of its purpose.

Update: another new update (Nov 2025) and the app is even worse. Very clunky, now requires more clicks to get to same locations, used to be able to swipe between accounts now you need to go through countless steps. Worse than awful. New update is AWFUL (July 2023). Search isn't accurate, can't request a hold for ebooks, 60% of the time the Account section shows a blank screen, My Checkouts doesn't allow for easy renewal. The previous version was at least functional. This version doesn't work.

Very nice, clean, and organized library with plenty of different things to check out like CDs, video games, board games, audio books, even a wifi hotspot! Etc. very helpful and outgoing staff in Waukesha! The app itself is great as well! It's easy to use and navigate through and very informative about services, events and locations of libraries also easy to sign up for events and hold items for you to check out! Keep up the great work Waukesha library AND bridges library cafe staff/tech's!👌👍🙂

-Now logged in users can see their account summary information on the welcome screen. Users with multiple accounts may swap which they see in the account menu.
