Not reliable. When requesting a book from the catalogue, I've never seen anything besides an error message. Then surprise! My book that didn't get put on hold is available for pick up. I do not believe this app is being supported or tested on it's most basic function. It's a bad at at best with it's lack of function, and a malicious app at worst with it's high CPU use and requirements to access other apps and personal information. Data mining?

Hardly ever works. Can't even borrow books on it, so even though it says you can read downloaded books, you can't coz it won't download ebooks at all. Won't even show me the book of the day or ebook catalog. Won't let me borrow ebooks that are supposedly available for any number of borrowers on certain days (i.e.,like the Great Library Read). An overall useless app.

The recent update is terrible. the interface is bad (modern icons butfunctionality is bad), the way it displays information is bad (so many words vs cleaner look before), and it takes forever to load each page (and sometimes says I have nothing on hold, but I do have things on bold). Prior, the app didn't look modern but at least it functioned. I hope they fix this quickly because it's such a pain to use with the new update

What’s new

-New look to the app header with a badge that lets users access their account and see at a glance if they're logged in. Libraries supporting self checkout will also see a self checkout button in the header on the home screen.
-For consortium libraries, the currently selected member library will appear and users can change the selected library from the header.
-New modernized bottom navigation bar.
-Account initials badge now navigates to the account menu.
